20% DISCOUNT on Cruise Whitsundays transfers to all destinations, including Hamilton Island Airport, for Turtle Club member and 1 companion.
30% DISCOUNT on Cruise Whitsundays day cruises* for Turtle Club member and up to 6 extra adults and children.
*Discount does not apply to Hamilton Island Adrenalin, Hamilton Island Golf Experience, Airlie Beach Attraction, Croc Safari, Reefsleep or Reefsuites.
The Turtle Club discount is only available to residents of the Townsville / Whitsunday / Mackay / Sarina regions. For residents with Proof of Address the Locals Discount applies to postcodes 4737 to 4822 (inclusive). Discounted travel applies only to the registered member and the membership cannot be used by anyone else. Prices are subject to change. Turtle Club discount excludes Hamilton Island Golf Experience / Hamilton Island Adrenalin / Airlie Beach Attractions / Croc Safari and Whitehaven Beach and Jetski Adventure. All bookings must be made directly with Cruise Whitsundays. Local ID (Photo Id with full name and something with full name and local address on it)must be presented by the member when checking in to travel with Cruise Whitsundays. The health, safety and well-being of both our guests and staff remain our number one priority. As a result, Cruise Whitsundays has continued to closely monitor the developments and advice provided around COVID-19.
Following further advice received, together with several new restrictions initiated by various governments (including some states closing their borders and others seeking to restrict non-essential travel and activities), we have today announced the temporary suspension of all our services.
At this stage, all Cruise Whitsundays accommodation, tours and experiences will be suspended until 31 May 2020 and we will continue to monitor the situation as it evolves. Our resort connection services will continue to run at a limited frequency for authorised personnel until further notice.
We recognise that this will be incredibly disappointing news for guests with bookings between now and 31 May, but trust you will understand our decision.
All guests with bookings through to 31 May 2020 will be provided with a credit and our team will assist them to re-book their travel for a later date.
