Hamilton Island offers something for everyone – meet the local wildlife, enjoy a round of golf, hike to a lofty peak, duck into the shops, bars and restaurants by the marina, cool off by the beach or order a cocktail at the swim-up bar – while the recently reopened Daydream Island provides a laid back vibe and the chance to discover the spectacular Living Reef coral lagoon, enjoy poolside dining or a movie in the outdoor cinema plus a range of beach and water activities.
Cruise Whitsundays operates day tours and scheduled transfers to both Hamilton Island and Daydream Island.
The health, safety and well-being of both our guests and staff remain our number one priority. As a result, Cruise Whitsundays has continued to closely monitor the developments and advice provided around COVID-19.
Following further advice received, together with several new restrictions initiated by various governments (including some states closing their borders and others seeking to restrict non-essential travel and activities), we have today announced the temporary suspension of all our services.
At this stage, all Cruise Whitsundays accommodation, tours and experiences will be suspended until 31 May 2020 and we will continue to monitor the situation as it evolves. Our resort connection services will continue to run at a limited frequency for authorised personnel until further notice.
We recognise that this will be incredibly disappointing news for guests with bookings between now and 31 May, but trust you will understand our decision.
All guests with bookings through to 31 May 2020 will be provided with a credit and our team will assist them to re-book their travel for a later date.
We thank our guests for their understanding and look forward to being able to deliver unforgettable experiences following the recommencement of our services.
